Ian McKee, presents a stadium study about the realities of stadiums in Brazil in 2007 and the optimistic future of LEED Certified stadiums in Brazil. The current “reality” of sport and entertainment in Brazil is going to be changed by Green Building and the “competition” called CopaVerde. Ian shares also the Estádio Nacional de Brasília project where he is the LEED AP and sustainability consultant for design, build and operation. The project he hopes is just the seed for the transformation of a city into a future Green City bringing pride for Brasilienses, all Brazilians and potentially serve as a trigger for green building worldwide!
